If an item of computer hardware is under warranty it will be repaired free of charge by the manufacturer. We can assist you in dealing with this. If the item is not covered by warranty we will advise accordingly.
If you decide to take on one of our tailored contracts we repair PC’s ourselves and charge only for replacement parts.
